Calpak is shaping the future through continuous investment in modern production lines and new factory premises. The company’s new production lines in Corinth were completed in 2024 and feature state-of-the-art equipment, enabling full vertical integration of production. These new lines also include dedicated research, development, and design departments. Vertical integration ensures both the highest quality and the most cost-effective solutions for every solar application.
Pioneering design
In 2021, Calpak’s fully automated solar water heater production plant in Loutraki made history by becoming the first in Greece to implement a cutting-edge campus network (private network) with mobile telephony infrastructure. This advanced network sets a new standard in security and stability, ensuring exceptional performance and uninterrupted reliability. It empowers both people and machines to move freely inside and outside the factory, while offering unmatched flexibility for future production line reconfigurations. With this innovation, Calpak is ready to adapt and grow, leading the way in smart manufacturing.
Smart factory
By leveraging Machine Learning and Data Analytics, Calpak collects and analyzes critical data generated by robotic systems in near real-time. Through advanced applications, production can be monitored from anywhere, enabling the introduction of preventive maintenance procedures and offering remote technical support for any issues related to damage or maintenance. This integrated automation ecosystem not only boosts production efficiency but also ensures continuous optimization of quality.
Sustainable technology
At Calpak’s facilities, we use sustainable, certified technology to create modern thermal solar energy systems. Our goal is to meet energy needs without relying on traditional, unsustainable energy networks.

The quality of the production is ensured by the standardization of the processes and the thorough control that we have certified according to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. In addition, all collectors and hot water tanks have been certified with several international and national quality marks, such as solar- Keymark, CE, CSTB, SRCC, SABS, DCL, O’solaire etc.
Strict standards
All our products and all our actions are always made in accordance with the applicable international and European standards (ISO & ΕΝ standards) and are checked by independent Greek and European laboratories, such as EKEFE “Dimokritos”, the ITW University of Stuttgart, the SPF of Switzerland, CSTB of France, ENEA of Italy, CENER of Spain, etc.
